A Cordon Bleu of London graduate in 1981, Andrew has been entertaining Pocono diners for twenty years...

"It's hard to believe it's been fourteen years since I acquired the Stone Bar.  Even more so is the realization I've been a chef here in the Pocono's for over twenty five!  Over these years I've been fortunate.  I've been mentored by some of the best in the hospitality industry; they remain benevolent, supportive and dear friends.  I have traveled extensively, and made many culinary discoveries that inspired my creativity.  Have met many wonderful customers, and fostered many great friendships.  I have had the honor to work along side of many great staff members, so much so we've become like family.  Most importantly I've shared all this with my wife Carol; my source for all that is good.  We've lovingly raised our daughter in this crazy business; she wants to be an architect!"
